OBJECTIVES

• Define and drive the company’s financial strategy to enable decision making, strategy execution, and identifying opportunities for internal growth and improvement.

• Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and financial analysis to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plan.

• Utilize financial information to ensure the company’s long-term, sustainable success. 

• Present and report relevant, accurate and timely historical operating and financial information to stakeholders and leadership.

• Continually improve speed of monthly closeout in order to make timely adjustments. 

• Collaborate with leadership to efficiently develop budget proposals.

• Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure.

• Manage investor, lender, shareholder, insurance, and legal relationships. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Build, lead, and direct the finance team. Foster a culture of financial discipline within the company.
